Reforming Capital Markets
We need to work towards investors and business-driven ‘Capital Markets Roundtable Kenya’ Initiative that will:
1. Deliver a better return to the mwanainchi on their savings,
2. Increase access to business funding,
3. Allow funding to flow into affordable housing.
Our Areas Of Concern
Kenyan businesses have a hard time time accessing funding because of bank dominance.
There is little low interest income paid on savings placed in the Kenyan banking sector
Operationalize Home Ownership Savings Plan inclusion of Collective Investment Schemes.
